1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SelfyMon, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

SelfyMon provides an AI-powered image transformation service. The quality and accuracy of AI-generated content may vary. We do not guarantee a specific artistic result.

3. User Conduct and Content

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
  • You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You must own the rights to the content.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload images containing nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal material. We reserve the right to terminate access for users violating these rules.

4. AI Content Acknowledgment:

By using SelfyMon, you acknowledge and agree that your content (images) will be processed for the purpose of providing AI-powered features. If you choose not to allow this processing, you will not be able to access the core AI generation features of the application.

5. Consent for Minors:

If any uploaded image includes the likeness of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or have obtained valid parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the upload of such content complies with your local regulations.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • In-app purchases are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store through RevenueCat.
  • Payments are non-refundable through SelfyMon; refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. AI-Generated Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of the original content you upload.
  • You own the rights to the AI-generated output for personal use. SelfyMon does not claim ownership of your generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

SelfyMon is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app, AI errors, or loss of data.

9. Standard EULA
