SelfyMon ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

  • Anonymous Identifiers: We use Supabase Anonymous Auth. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number. We identify you through a unique device-generated ID.
  • User Content (Photos): To provide our AI services, you upload a selfie. These photos are stored temporarily on our secure Supabase servers.
  • Device Information: We may collect basic device info (model, OS version) via RevenueCat and OneSignal to ensure technical stability.

2. How We Process Your Data

  • AI Processing: Your uploaded photos are processed using Google Gemini AI API. This processing is strictly for generating the requested output.
  • Storage and Deletion: - Your original and generated photos are stored for a maximum of 30 days.
    • Once you download and confirm the result within the app, we initiate a manual or automatic deletion process from our servers.
  • No Biometric Training: We do not use your photos to train our AI models or for any facial recognition purposes.

3. Data Processing and Third-Party Disclosure

To provide our AI-powered features, we process images you upload within the app. These features are delivered through our secure servers and our third-party AI provider, Google AI (Gemini), for real-time processing. When you request an image generation, the content you upload is shared with Google AI solely to generate the requested output. We, and our providers, apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information during this process.

4. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with the following providers to operate our service:

  • Supabase: Secure database and cloud storage.
  • Google AI (Gemini): Image analysis and generation.
  • RevenueCat: Management of in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • OneSignal: Push notifications regarding your processing status.

5. Data Retention

We aim for data minimization. Your images are automatically purged after 30 days of inactivity or upon your request within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

SelfyMon is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
