Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KokoNo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KokoNo mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Appibara LTD ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your data). If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and they consent to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of KokoNo, you may need to register an account using third-party authentication services (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In) or direct email.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account at contact@appibara.com.
3. Description of Service
KokoNo is designed to help you manage webhooks and receive push notifications on your mobile device. To provide this service, we store webhook metadata (including names, titles, and message templates) on secure backend servers.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. While we strive to deliver notifications reliably and promptly, we do not guarantee the delivery, accuracy, or timing of any push notification, as network and system factors beyond our control can affect delivery.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use KokoNo only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App or its webhooks to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, databases, or systems.
- Use any automated systems or software to extract data or overload the App's infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance, integrity, or security of the App or its backend services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect you have violated any of these rules or engaged in any unauthorized use of the App.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (or in-app via the Privacy Policy section) to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, device identifiers, and webhook metadata.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the source code, design, layout, graphics, logos, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Appibara LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7. Account Suspension and Deletion
- By You: You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to the Profile section and selecting "Delete Account", or by requesting deletion via email at contact@appibara.com.
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App or any part of it.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Provided "As-Is": KokoNo is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Service Interruptions: We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appibara LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country under which Appibara LTD is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
