KokoNo ("the App"), developed and operated by Appibara LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information automatically collected when you use the App.

A. Personal Data

When you register or use the App, we may collect:

  • Authentication Data: Name, email address, and profile picture provided through third-party authentication services (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In) or direct email registration.
  • Contact Information: Email address for support and account-related communications.

B. Device and Usage Information

To ensure the App functions correctly, we automatically collect:

  • Device Identifiers: Unique device ID (UUID), IP address, and push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, and browser type.
  • Usage Logs: Interaction data, timestamps, and crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics).

C. Webhook Data

The App manages webhooks on your behalf. We store webhook metadata (names, titles, and message templates) on our secure servers (Supabase) to provide the service.

D. Local Storage

We use local storage technologies (such as MMKV and Keychain) to store your authentication session and user preferences on your device. This data is used to keep you signed in and maintain your settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
  • Manage your user account and verify your identity.
  • Send push notifications related to your webhooks via Firebase.
  • Analyze usage patterns and improve App performance.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.

Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.

  • In-App: Navigate to the Profile section and select "Delete Account".
  • Request via Email: You may also request data deletion by contacting us at contact@appibara.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active databases, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (such as SSL encryption and secure server protocols) to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
